01 GROUPS WITH PURPOSE

Different groups. One carefully designed Costa Rica experience.

A successful group trip is not an enlarged individual itinerary. It needs the right rhythm, clear leadership, realistic transfers and experiences that still feel personal.

01

Schools & colleges

Educational travel with age-aware activities, supervision planning, learning moments and a pace that keeps students engaged.

02

Churches & faith communities

Purposeful time together, service-minded experiences, welcoming gathering spaces and logistics that respect the group’s values.

03

Universities

Field programs, study travel, faculty-led visits, cultural immersion and nature experiences connected to academic goals.

04

Organizations & private groups

Associations, retreats, clubs, incentive groups, reunions and communities seeking a shared experience with local character.

From arrival to the last pura vida

One plan for the complete stay.

We coordinate the pieces together so leaders do not spend the trip solving avoidable details. Every service is proposed according to group size, profile, budget and confirmed availability.

01

Hotels & rooming

The right base changes the entire trip. We help compare locations and lodging styles, then align room blocks with the program.

  • Room mix and leader rooms
  • Meal-plan and breakfast options
  • Meeting and gathering spaces
  • Accessibility and special requirements
02

Private transportation

Coordinated airport arrivals, hotel transfers and day-by-day movement sized for the group and its luggage.

  • Airport welcome planning
  • Coach, minibus or divided vehicles
  • Driver timing and pickup points
  • Contingency time between activities
03

Tours that work at scale

Ocean and inland experiences can be operated together or in rotations, keeping every participant active without losing quality.

  • Jet ski, snorkeling and boat days
  • Fishing, catamaran and sunset experiences
  • ATV, zip lining and horseback riding
  • Rainforest, waterfalls, wildlife and volcanoes
04

Food & group moments

Meals are part of the experience. We can incorporate practical service, celebratory dinners and authentic Costa Rican flavors.

  • Dietary information collection
  • Group menus and boxed meals
  • Welcome or farewell dinner
  • Timing around tours and transfers
05

Fun & nightlife

We balance programmed activities with time to connect. Adult nightlife is planned responsibly; student programs receive age-appropriate entertainment and supervision considerations.

  • Private music or themed evening
  • Beach-town dinner and entertainment
  • Adult nightlife with safe transportation
  • Games, cultural activities and group celebrations
06

Local coordination

A clear local point of contact helps leaders understand what happens next and respond when plans need attention.

  • Pre-arrival operating brief
  • Supplier and schedule coordination
  • Weather-aware alternatives
  • Support for mobility, dietary and timing needs

? GROUP PLANNING

What group leaders usually need to know.

Can Go Guanacaste manage 100 people?+

Yes. We can plan groups of up to 100 participants, subject to the dates, hotel inventory, transportation capacity and the requirements of each activity. Large groups may use rotations or parallel experiences.

Do you work with minors and educational groups?+

Yes. The program must account for ages, adult-to-student supervision, permissions, accessibility and operator minimum-age rules. The school or organization remains responsible for its safeguarding policies and authorized chaperones.

Can everyone do the same tour?+

Sometimes. Capacity and safety rules vary. When one experience cannot serve the entire group at once, we design coordinated rotations so the day stays fluid and equally valuable.

Can you arrange hotels, meals and airport transfers too?+

Yes. We can connect lodging, transportation, meal moments and activities into one operating plan. Exact services and commercial terms are defined in the personalized proposal.

How is nightlife handled?+

For adult groups, we can plan restaurants, music, celebrations and nightlife with responsible transportation. For schools and youth groups, entertainment is age-appropriate and aligned with leader requirements.

When should we begin?+

Earlier is better for larger groups, school calendars and peak travel periods. Send estimated dates and headcount even if flights and the final participant list are not confirmed.
